Sci-Fi Bulletin: Exploring the Universes of SF, Fantasy, Horror and Spy-fi!

Paramount are looking to rework one of HG Wells’ classic pieces of science fiction for a new movie – although it will not be a direct adaptation of a novel or short story.

Deadline is reporting that Laura Gillis is working on the script, the original version of which was penned by TS Nowlin. It is apparently connected to the “mythology” around one of Wells’ titles. There’s speculation that it could be one of the less well known titles, given the high profile versions of The Invisible Man and War of the Worlds in recent years.
