Prop Store exceeded all expectations with the sale of the Brothers Hildebrandt Star Wars poster at their auction on March 24, raising £13,000 for DEC’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
The poster itself is one of the most sought-after Star Wars posters originally produced in 1977 by renowned artists, the Brothers Hildebrandt. The poster had a very limited release as it was ultimately withdrawn from circulation and replaced with the more commercial ‘Style C’ poster featuring Tom Chantrell’s artwork, making it one of the rarest Star Wars posters ever.
