There’s a fantastic new 4K edition of the original John Carpenter Escape From New York on the way but in the meantime we need to find out if Harry can make it out of the Big Apple…

There’s some genuine threat here, and we get to see Harry displaying his real nature again towards the end – it’s good to be reminded he’s potentially lethal to anyone who gets in his way.
