Sci-Fi Bulletin: Exploring the Universes of SF, Fantasy, Horror and Spy-fi!

The new Netflix Tomb Raider anime, marking 25 years of the franchise, has added to its regular cast.

Allen Maldonado and  Earl Baylon will be appearing regularly, with Maldonado as technical expert Zip and Baylon reprising his role from the game as Jonah Maiava, a fisherman and close friend of Lara. Hayley Atwell voices the lead role.

Lara Croft, one of the video game world’s most iconic adventurers, makes her anime debut in an all new series. Picking up after the events of the highly successful Tomb Raider video-game reboot trilogy, the animated series will chart the globetrotting heroine’s latest, greatest adventure. Twenty-five years after her first game appeared, Lara continues to explore new territory.
