The Star Trek Prodigy panel at NYCC included a chance for the audience to see the entire first episode – not released publicly – but a first clip showing Kathryn Janeway in mentor mode is now available to view.

The panel also confirmed that Daveed Diggs, Jameela Jamil, Jason Alexander, and Robert Beltran (Chakotay) will be voicing characters.

The series starts on October 28 for US audiences; apparently UK fans will have to wait for the launch of Paramount+ in the UK next year.
