Sci-Fi Bulletin: Exploring the Universes of SF, Fantasy, Horror and Spy-fi!

TVLine has revealed details on the upcoming second season of Syfy’s Resident Alien, expected to launch next year.

Alex Borstein has joined the cast, and will play Carlyn, Kate Hawthorne’s cousin from out of town. The frizzy-haired, right-brained laser-physicist is described as “socially awkward, similar to Harry, and she and Harry go on a date.” Linda Hamilton and Terry O’Quinn will return to the show, and there’s a road trip to New York for Alan Tudyk’s Harry.
