Dónal Finn (The Witcher) will be playing Mat Cauthon in the second season of Amazon’s The Wheel of Time, replacing Barney Harris, according to a report at Deadline.

Season 2 of the shoot is currently underway with the first season set to arrive in November; no reason has been given for the change – Cauthon is one of the five from the Two Rivers who accompany Rosamund Pike’s Moiraine on her quest.
