Alfre Woodard has joined the cast of the new adaptation of Stephen King’s Salem’s Lot.
She’ll be playing Dr Cody in the film starring Lewis Pullman as Ben Mears – a gender swap from the original novel. Gary Dauberman has scripted and is directing the movie.
Makenzie Leigh, Bill Camp and Spencer Treat Clark also have signed up, with Leigh playing Susan Norton, Camp as Matthew Burke and Clark as Mike Ryerson.
