The fourth episode of Star Trek: Lower Decks’ second season continues a run of episodes that don’t quite work

This is another low-key episode in a run of ho-hum stories, and hopefully things will pick up again. The main plot and the sub-plot are both a little pedestrian, with no significant jeopardy to drive them.
