Una Stubbs, whose genre work stretched from Worzel Gummidge with Jon Pertwee to the Benedict Cumberbatch Sherlock, has died aged 84.
Stubbs played Aunt Sally for the 1979-1981 version of Worzel Gummidge then reprised the role for Worzel Gummidge Down Under. Her other genre roles included Miss Bat in The Worst Witch, Miss Chambers in The Tractate Middoth and Flo in the Big Finish Audio Horror of Glam Rock.
