Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is set to star in Warner Bros’ dystopian thriller By All, which has been developed by Legendary.

THR broke the news that the Aquaman star will play Donte, a man struggling to make ends meet who is forced to go on the run in a world without police, where justice is crowd-sourced. The movie is to be directed by Transfomers’ Steve Caple Jr, from a script by Juel Taylor and Tony Rettenmaier, who wrote the short story on which it’s based.
