The character of Renfield will be at the heart of the latest Universal monsters movie, with Nicholas Hoult set to play him.

The Tomorrow War’s Chris McKay will direct from an original story outline from Robert Kirkman based on the Bram Stoker character from Dracula and a script by Ryan Ridley. Skybound Entertainment are producing the movie, which is believed to have a present-day setting.
