A TV sequel to WaterWorld is in the works, courtesy of producers John Davis and John Fox.
The pair told Collider that Dan Trachtenberg – currently filming a new Predator prequel, Skull – would be directing the project which picks up 20 years after the events of the 1995 movie. That starred Kevin Costner as “the Mariner” who helped a woman and girl search for the mythical “dry land”.
