There’s a new addition to the Bat-family, with news that Leslie Grace has been cast as Batgirl for the new DC movie.

Deadline reported the casting, after various stories earlier in the week that the producers of the new HBO Max movie had narrowed their shortlist. Grace is best known for her performance in In the Heights. She’ll be playing Barbara Gordon in the movie, but at what part of Gordon’s career is as yet unknown. Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are directing from a script by Christina Hodson.
