Hot comic book Something Is Killing the Children is heading to Netflix, courtesy of the team behind Stephen King adaptation Doctor Sleep.

THR broke the news that Trevor Macy and Mike Flanagan are co-writing and executive producing the screen version of the comic written by James Tynion IV and drawn by Werther Dell’Edera, published by Boom!

The comic follows the fortunes of a town plagued by monsters that eat children, with one rare survivor finding themselves disbelieved by adults. Enter Erica Slaughter to kill them.
