Lois Lane’s boss at the Smallville Gazette will be a series regular when the show returns for Season 2.

Sofia Hasmik has played Chrissy Beppo since the pilot of the latest take on the Superman mythos and Deadline confirmed her promotion. The final episodes of season 1 air later this month on the CW with Season 2 expected in the early part of 2022.
