Jeremy Irvine is in discussions to play the 1940s incarnation of Green Lantern in the HBO Max series.
Irvine would play Alan Scott, the secretly gay first Green Lantern from 1941 alongside Finn Witrock’s Guy Gardner on the Greg Berlanti show that promises to include multiple incarnations of the Green Lantern including some created especially for the show.
Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim and Seth Grahame-Smith have written the series.
