Jesse Metcalfe, Bruce Willis, Chad Michael Murray and Kelly Greyson are starring in the spy trilogy The Fortress which began shooting this week in Puerto Rico.

The first two films are being shot together, according to Deadline. The story centres on a top-secret resort for retired U.S. intelligence officers. A group of criminals led by Balzary (Murray) breach the compound, hellbent on revenge on Robert (Willis), forcing the retired officer and his son (Metcalfe) to save the day.

Cullen Bressack is directing from a screenplay by  Alan Horsnail, based on the story created by Emmett/Furla Films’ Randall Emmett and Emile Hirsch. The third film will be produced later.
