Jonathan Crane is coming to torment the Titans – with Vincent Kartheiser donning the hood of the Scarecrow.

According to HBO Max, the character is “an inmate at Arkham Asylum who used to terrorize Gotham City using toxins to exploit his enemies’ phobias,” and with the Titans moving to Gotham for the third year in its new home on Max, there’ll be new friends and old foes to face. Savannah Welch will play Gotham police commissioner Barbara Gordon, and Jay Lycurgo will play Tim Drake, aka the third Robin.
