Scott Derrickson’s adaptation of Joe Hill’s The Black Phone will be arriving on January 28, 2022.
The movie is based on the short story about a young boy who is kidnapped – and hears the voices of the kidnapper’s previous victims on a disconnected phone in the basement. Ethan Hawke and Mason Thames star in the movie, from a script by Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill.
