Carey Mulligan has signed up to star alongside Adam Sandler in the Netflix SF movie The Spaceman.

Mulligan will play the wife of Sandler’s astronaut sent to the edge of the galaxy to collect ancient dust but finds his life falling to pieces. The movie is based on the novel by Jaroslav Kalfar adapted by Colby Day. Chernobyl’s Johan Renck is directing.
