The First Contact Day panels also broke more news on the second of the new Star Trek animated series, Prodigy, with a first look at Kate Mulgrew’s Captain Janeway as she’ll be portrayed in the series,

In the series Janeway will serve as the  starship’s built in emergency training hologram. Prodigy will be set in 2383 (five years after Voyager returns home at the end of the TV series), and will take place in the Delta Quadrant.
