Angel Manuel Soto is working on a new standalone Transformers movie, THR is reporting.
The script is being written by The Defenders’ Marco Ramirez with Soto lined up to direct. From all accounts, this will be separate from the continuity of the Michael Bay-produced series, and its Bumblebee spin off. A seventh film in that series is in preparation as well.
Netflix’s series of animated movies is also continuing.
