Pierce Brosnan will be playing Doctor Fate for Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam movie.
He joins Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, and Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone as members of the Justice Society, the precursor to the Justice League. Doctor Fate is really Kent Nelson, the son of an archaeologist who was taught sorcery skills and given the magical Helmet of Fate.
Jaume Collet-Serra is directing Brosnan’s first entry to the superhero world.
