There’s a fresh arc starting in Blade Runner 2029 issue 5, out in June.

A fanatical army of super-human replicants have been let loose upon L. A. Will Detective Ash be able to retire cult leader Yotun before he destroys both her and everyone she loves?

The script is by Mike Johnson with art by Andreas Guinaldo and is on sale on June 30, 2021.
