British film director Norman J Warren has passed away aged 78.
Warren started his directorial career in sex films but moved over to horror in the mid-1970s, with credits including Satan’s Slave, Prey, Terror, and Inseminoid. His final films were Gunpowder and Bloody New Year in the mid-80s.
He continued to direct educational films, and was a regular interviewee on features about the horror genre.
