The reboot of Blade for the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be penned by New York playwright Stacy Osei-Kuffour, according to THR.
Mahershala Ali is set to star as the vampire slayer in the new film. Osei-Kuffour was one of the writing team on HBO’s Watchmen, and has also worked on Prime Video’s Hunters, and will be the first Black female writer on a MCU film.
