The King’s Man – the prequel to the Kingsman spy movies – is getting yet another shift in release date.
Its most recent proposed date was March 12; it’s now set for August 20th. Disney has also moved three Searchlight genre movies: horror film “The Night House” (July 16), supernatural thriller “Antlers” (Oct. 29 in limited release) and Guillermo del Toro’s twisted suspense drama “Nightmare Alley” (Dec. 3 in limited release).
However, there has been no word on Black Widow which is currently set for May 7, 2021 – or any of the later Marvel releases planned for this year. Disney+ continues to maintain the MCU audience with its rollout of WandaVision and other series.
