A second prequel to Game of Thrones is being developed at HBO, according to Variety.
Tales of Dunk and Egg would follow the exploits of Ser Duncan the Tall (Dunk) and a young Aegon V Targaryen (Egg), 90 years before the events of the books and TV series. Their exploits have been told in a series of novellas by George RR Martin, collected as A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
House of the Dragon is in production for a 2022 release.
