Promoting his new series, Resident Alien, that launches in the US on 27 January and the UK the next day, Alan Tudyk has confirmed rumours that he’s not in Disney+’s Andor prequel series – at least for the moment.
“I’m going to be in the show. It’s just that the story that Tony [Gilroy] is telling doesn’t involve K-2SO until later on,” Tudyk told Collider. “I can’t be too specific, but I can definitely say that I’m not going to be in the first season.”
This is also the first confirmation that the Andor prequel, starring Diego Luna reprising his role from Rogue One, may be more than a limited miniseries.
