The proposed Green Arrow and the Canaries spin-off is not going ahead at the CW.

The show would have been set in 2040 in Star City, following on from the back door pilot in the final season of Arrow. Mia Queen (Katherine McNamara) had everything she could have ever wanted. However, when Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Dinah (Juliana Harkavy) suddenly showed up in her life again, things took a shocking turn and her perfect world was upended.
