Charlie’s Angels and 007 star Tanya Roberts has died, aged 65.

Roberts appeared as Stacy Sutton in Roger Moore’s last film as James Bond, after starring in the final season of the original Charlie’s Angels, and headlining the Sheena, Queen of the Jungle movie.

There was some confusion, as her representative originally said she died on 3 January; it’s now been confirmed that she passed away on January 5.

“I’m devastated,” her representative Mike Pingel told THR, “She was brilliant and beautiful and I feel like a light has been taken away. To say she was an angel would be at the top of the list. She was the sweetest person you’d ever meet and had a huge heart. She loved her fans, and I don’t think she realized how much she meant to them.”

Bond producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli said, “We are saddened to hear of the passing of Tanya. She was a very lovely person and shall always be remembered by Bond fans as Stacey Sutton in A View To A Kill. Our heart goes out to her family and friends.”
