Fox’s X-Men series is now as complete as it’s going to get with the release on digital today of The New Mutants in the UK. We took a fresh look at it:

For most of its running time, it’s a much smaller, more personal film than any of the others, with some moments that would have felt forced in the more four-colour universe of the main pictures.
