The new Rangers of the New Republic Disney+ series will be set immediately after Return of the Jedi, creator Jon Favreau has confirmed.

Speaking on Good Morning, America, Favreau also confirmed that Ahsoka will be set in the same time period as The Mandalorian, picking up on Rosario Dawson’s character’s quest; The Book of Boba Fett is currently is production, and will star Temeura Morrison as Boba Fett and Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand, with the show will be executive produced by Favreau, Dave Filoni, and Robert Rodriguez. The Mandalorian season 3 will go into production next year.
