Stargate Atlantis’ Kirby Morrow has died, aged 47.

The Canadian actor was best known for his voice roles – including as X-Men leader Cyclops in X-Men: Evolution, but made appearances in person in a number of shows, including as Captain Dave Kleinman on the second Stargate TV show. He voiced Michelangelo in The Next Mutation version of Ninja Teenage Mutant Turtles and had guest starring roles in Highlander: The Raven, Stargate SG1, First Wave, Jeremiah, Special Unit 2 and reprised his role as Kleinman for the final (to date) Stargate show, Stargate Universe. He was also seen in Fringe, Arrow, Supernatural, The Flash, and Van Helsing. One of his last roles was a recurring appearance as Benny in the X-Men TV show, Legion.

His animation voices included Anakin Skywalker for the LEGO Star Wars Yoda Chronicles, and Tony Stark / Iron Man for recent Marvel animations.
