Superhero show with a difference The Umbrella Academy, based on the Dark Horse Comics created and written by Gerard Way and illustrated by Gabriel Bá, has got a pickup for season 3 from Netflix.

Production will begin on a 10 episode series in February, in Toronto. Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Justin H. Min, Ritu Arya, and Colm Feore are all set to return, with Steve Blackman as showrunner.
