Amazon Studios has picked up Raindrop, another “grounded” science fiction story.
According to Deadline, the movie by Anna Halberg and Spenser Cohen follows an estranged mother and daughter who are forced to team up to unravel a conspiracy after a time travel mission goes wrong. Automatik are producing the movie for Amazon.
Cohen’s script for Moonfall is Roland Emmerich’s latest project, and is set to start shooting very soon.
