Evil doesn’t go back into production for its second season until later this year, but for the Metaverse panel the cast created a very different trailer.

“We grabbed scenes from all over the map, and cut it together in this very expensive trailer,” creator Robert King said, tongue firmly in cheek about the production values. The trailer itself is no joke – and the tagline “Evil Shows Another Face” seems to set things up perfectly.

King also promised the new season’s scares would be more intricately involved with the plotting of the show.

There will also be a silent episode: “Our three main characters go to a silent retreat because of a possible sainthood of a monk who died there,”
