Doctor Strange is crossing over to the Sony Spider-verse for the third film starring Tom Holland as the web crawler.

Benedict Cumberbatch will be reprising the role from his previous Marvel Universe films, and is also preparing to shoot his own sequel, Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness. Both are set to start filming shortly. Jon Watts is once again directing the film which is currently set for a Christmas 2021 release.
