Although the CW’s The 100 came to an end in the US this week, there is still a chance of returning to the world for a new series.
Jason Rothenberg told TV Line that discussions for prequel series The Second Dawn are still underway. “The conversations are now happening at such a high level, they don’t include me. I hope to get a call one of these days and get some good news about it. I’d love to be able to continue those adventures. I love those actors and I love the world of the show so much.”
If the series does go ahead, it will be set 97 years before the original show and may include flashbacks to pre-apocalyptic times.
