Iman Vellani has been cast as Ms Marvel for the new Marvel Disney+ show.
The newcomer will play Kamala Khan and her alter ego in the series to be directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Meera Menon and written by Bisha K. Ali.
The intention is that Vellani will play the part in future Marvel Cinematic Universe films as well.
