Alejandro Jodorowsky’s version of Alexandre Dumas’ classic tale The Man in the Iron Mask, Knights of Helopolis, will be published in English next April by Titan.

The Dumas story is brilliantly rewritten as a grand esoteric fable, with stunning artwork from Jérémy (Barracuda, La Complainte des Landes Perdus).

The Temple of the Knights of Heliopolis: an assembly of immortal alchemists cut off from the world. As disciple Seventeen prepares to complete his training the terrible secret of his origins is revealed – Seventeen is actually the hidden son of King Louis XVI. Will the young heir claim the throne or remain in the shadows, faithful to the millennial precepts of Alchemy?
