Biohackers – Netflix’s German Original series centred around the world of biotechnology – will be back for a second season.

The first season was released a week ago, (delayed from its original April date because of concerns over people confusing the issues in it with the COVID-19 pandemic), and has been appreciated enough for a quick renewal.

Deadline broke the news. “Given the overwhelmingly positive response to the first season, we are thrilled to head into another season of Biohackers with Christian Ditter, Claussen+Putz and the two outstanding actresses, Luna Wedler and Jessica Schwarz in the leading roles. We are incredibly excited to find out how things will continue between Mia and Prof. Tanja Lorenz,”  Rachel Eggebeen, Director German Original Series at Netflix told Deadline.
