Probably best known to genre audiences for his role as Wolf in the long running TNT apocalyptic drama The Last Ship, Bren Foster is one of the key players in Deep Blue Sea 3, the latest in the shark franchise that’s out in the UK today. Shortly before the film’s US release he chatted with Paul Simpson:

John Pogue was just fantastic as a director. He let me stretch every which way. Whichever way I wanted to go he’d say, ‘Yeah, you’re good’ and it was just great to have that dynamic working relationship with him that allowed me to push the boundaries.
