Matt Reeves’ The Batman will show early versions of the iconic villains’ gallery from the series.
The trailer – drawn from the 25% of the movie that’s so far been completed – shows a much earlier Batman than is often portrayed. “We met in the middle of this criminological experiment and watch him make mistakes,” director Reeves explained at FanDome. “He’s not having any of the effect that he want to have, that’s when the murders begin to happen.”
Can Batman go darker than the Snyder version? It seems so…
