Sarah Pinborough is a familiar name to Sci-Fi Bulletin readers, and her latest novel, Dead to Her, comes out in the UK tomorrow (lucky Americans have had the chance to read it for the last few months). There’s a well researched element to it that brings it into our territory.
Pinborough has a knack for seeing inside relationships, and creating ones that are three-dimensional – no-one is 95 per cent good with a bit of bad, they all have their shades of grey, they all react to circumstances in ways that are believable.
