Douglas Adams’ creation came to Radio 4 in 2007 with Harry Enfield in the title role, in a version adapted and directed by Dirk Maggs. As Nick Joy pointed out in our review:

By far the closest to the source material of previous iterations, it perfectly captures the manic humour of Adams’ Hitch-Hiker’s Guide to the Galaxy radio series.

The epic 6 part tale is out now on LP and thanks to those lovely people at the Demon Music Group, we have a set to give away.
