Alex Kurtzman’s production company, Secret Hideout, has acquired the rights to create a TV version of Jackson Ford’s novel The Girl Who Could Move Sh*t With Her Mind.

The novel follows psychokinetic Teagan Frost and a mad dash through Los Angeles where she has no idea who she can trust (read our review here). Kurtzman and his Star Trek colleague Heather Kadin will produce the series.

A sequel to the novel is due to arrive this summer. With the current shutdown during the pandemic, there’s no indication as to when the show might be ready for production.
