HBO has given a further order to Westworld.
The series, created by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy based on the feature by Michael Crichton, is currently mid-third season.
“From the western theme park to the technocratic metropolis of the near future, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed every twist and turn from the minds of master storytellers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy,” Casey Bloys, president, HBO Programming explained. “We can’t wait to see where their inspired vision takes us next.”
In the current pandemic, there is no indication as to when filming might be able to start, or the season be broadcast.
