To genre fans, Collings is known for his role in key Doctor Who stories, Revenge of the Cybermen, The Robots of Death and Mawdryn Undead, and played an alternate Doctor for Big Finish’s Unbound series. He recetly reprised his character from The Robots of Death for Big Finish’s The Robots series.

Sad news, I thought he was great as Silver in Sapphire and Steel.
Agreed. David was also very good as Cassius in BBC’s Julius Caesar.

He was in the legendary UFO TV series.
David was also in the Blake 7 TV series finale as Deva.
